MY KB10 has an original set of 1970s plates waiting to go on,

GTA 242 it doesnt mean anything but they are period plates.

OK, this is an April 1975 photo. The plate was first issued in 1937 or early 1938 & it is my initials & the year model of the car.
Yes, it's based on a genuine 1917 all steel Dodge body, it ran a small block Mopar & it was first registered in September of 1973.
This was the best we could do with plates back then.

I sold the car in '78, but kept the plates, the wheels, & the Motometer, all of which I still have.
The car is still on the road too.

Not wanting to slip into the mass of unknown 1600 drivers and remember my old 1200 wagon i got LAG 510 for my 1600. also because i had to get those kinds of letters to go black and white to look original (old vic plates)

I have "GX 1200" on my 2 door, and Ive just put quad throttle bodies on my sunny A15 so hopefully that will have "EFI 310"
