My Australian B310/ Sunny workshop manual describes only one type of front brake assembly for all models, & the front suspension uses different front springs for air conditioned models, but everything else seems to be the same.

The aircon springs are 1.7 lbs/ inch stiffer in their compression value.

I do have A/C on "The Yellow Peril" but the springs are quite rusty!

and even though my (currently) only sunny it is an A12: the brakes are
deadly good... when I got it I was thinking "she goes well this is fun" -it was onlt when I had a pragmatic moment and looked under the car I had a "Damn there is more rust in this thing than the TITANIC" moment that I realized "time to park it"

with the advent of the "Silver Sunny" the plan is A15 and possibly extractors and a delorto/webber or two...

dunno know about the webbers/dellorto(s) considering it is a farm hack/paddock bomb...

yes it is a farm hack but I am getting sick of A12's (with the newest Sunny I have SIX - 3 run!

Rusty springs shouldn't hurt anything, unless the front of the car is drooping or something.

Yes, although they look very similar. My 1980 factory service manual lists two:

- Caliper "AN18" used on Canada A12A models
pad size: 42 x 56.8 mm
rotor diameter: 220mm

- Caliper "AN20" used on USA models
pad size: 41.2 x 61.4 mm
rotor diameter: 245mm

Note that A14 B210s had the biggest brakes.

USA B210 (1976-1978) used:
pad size: 41.2 x 63.4 mm
rotor diameter: 245mm

Compare to B110 disc brakes:
Model ANNET 12/14A
pad size: 42.5 x 53.1 mm
rotor diameter: 212.5mm

my b310 panel van had larger brake pads than the sedans & coupes, they were the same size as 1600 (p510) pads,so no problems getting replacements.
