so it has IRS, any pics of how they did it?
it looks like the strut top is the same as the regular 210, so does it use stanza struts?

IRS ? Where does it say that? I've never heard that before. Look at the rear tires have almost no negative camber.
L16EFI ?
Also, note that the wheelbase is longer as are the fenders, hood, etc., so this is not proof that an L-Series will fit into a standard B110 or B210 (although we know that you can make it work with electric fans).
BTW, I believe this car is owned by a Datsun enthusiast who lives in the UK but hasn't imported this car from Portugal to the UK yet.

wheelbase looks exactly the same as every other 210. if the bonnet and gaurds are longer its only for styling reasons. but th efront gaurds look identical to normal B210/120Y gaurds to me...
plenty of room in a B210 engine bay for the L series. its a much bigger engine bay (longer and wider) than the B110.

Quote: note that the wheelbase is longer Where does it say that? The Excellent 1600 is just a standard Sunny B210 (it is not a PB210) with special front sheet metal and running gear (engine, etc).

san someone show me one of these long wheelbase PB210's?
given that the L series easily fits in the longer and wider B210 engine bay, I cannot imagine that Nissan would have gone to the trouble of extending the wheelbase.
I think the long wheelbase thing is a myth.
I know the PB110 L14 had a different front clip, with obviously different strut towers, but it still semmed to be the same wheelbase to me. It looked only like slightly more overhang on the front panels to allow room for the longer engine, fan and radiator to fit in.
