Mine weighs 6.9kg (down from 10kg initial weight) - It's an A14 flywheel rather than an A12.

Starting weights of A12=9.2kg, A14=9.9kg

Damn there are some light ones out there! <4kg!!!

Far out! 2.8kg - how driveable is a car with a flywheel that light - does it make if difficult to change gears - particularly down shifting?

It's not that bad really, but this replaced a 5kg flywheel. My wife's ute's a little more friendly but even with the big cam it's still fine. Revs like a motorcycle.
