I am in desperate need of front fenders for a datsun 1000. I have to finish the car in about six monthes and have no fenders!!!!!! HELP. They cannot have penetrated rust (rust through the metal). I am in canada but will pay for all shipping etc and will pay up to $200 a fender. PM me or email me at dmc08@hotmail.com

I know of some fibre glass molds which may be available
Dont know the cost yet
How many are interested in these as the more the price may be cheaper

I think that fiberglass fenders are going to be the way of the future for our 1000's. I know of only one new guard, & it's not available.
At least the fibreglass ones don't rust.

I was going to make some molds to do fibreglass ones
Still might yet
I have to do bonnets as I like mine with the scoop.

But as an interim till I get mine up and running email this guy fmvince@dcsi.net.au
He does them for $230 each
He also does std bonnets , flares and other stuff

Good to see there is interest in the 1000 gaurds
I will try and trace the moulds
I know a guy to do the glass work
He made a mould from a bonnet that i supplied about 8 years ago
i will contact him to see if he also still has the bonnet mould
