Spark plugs ?

What about the headers ?where can you get them to run thats the biggest problem I see if you dont want to go cutting everything everwhere.

Forgot all about headers, too busie thinking how much of a pain in the bum it was to change the plugs in my 351clevo powered XY. Could have joined a circus with the skills i picked up doing that.

yeah I've been looking at some of the more creative solutions to the headers, but will be something that I'll worry about on test fit, and im not affarid to cut it up to make it fit. There was talk of mounting the engine + box to a plate / frame and fitting the desired car 'around' that plate, seen it done with a 9 second N/A capri before... but these are all things that I'll be looking for when I get to a car yard with a tape ruler and camerra.

Be definatly be taking pics as we go but I wouldnt be expecting it to be ready for the nats this year, I'll be aiming for next year I think. bit of work ahead of us yet

You mean just plate mounting the engine like they do on dragsters ?

Thats the best way i can see of doing it mounting it strait to the rails well not strait you know what I mean.
