when rallying you often get a splash of water/mud across the screen which just requires a quick swipe or two to remove but you dont want to have to muck around because you dont have time to take one kand off the wheel to do that sort of stuff, i know its being picky but its one of things that would be nice to have

If your interested, I could make a electronic circuit for you that does this, (and varible speed intermittant if you want). I could do this for the price of the parts which would be no more than $10 - $15, plus postage. Send me a PM if your interested, and well arrange somthing.

With the CA18DE and Skyline 5 speed. 140mph was possible. I went down a hill and pushed it back around to zero (~150-160mph) once..this was in an old thread.

I think the springs in the wiper arms have something to do with it.
Maybe we can get "Nismo Performance wiper springs" Sounds like another "kalecoauto.com" innovation.

Having bigger (higher volume) blades will help swipe off the rain.

Chris.

for more volume to suit twin sprays, try a bluebird wagon washer bottle,or for that matter any wagon or hatch with a rear windscreen washer,& hook one motor to one spray,& the other to the second.as for the best spray pattern, the spray being on the wiper arm is the best,& is an old rally trick.just run the plastic hose up the wiper arm, with a nozzle atttached half way up.the water then reaches the whole swept area, not just one or two spots.as for intermitent wipers, try n12 pulsars, they probably can be adapted to the 1200 wiring.come to think of it,i've always thought a sunny (b310) column would be good in the 1200,that would bring both wiper/washer & headlights up onto the steering column, within easy reach.you'd probably have to use a 120y or sunny steering box, however,as they have that rubber doughnut looking thing in them. i've used a n12 pulsar intermittent wiper system in my sunny panel van for years, with the bluebird washer bottle,& some n12's came with variable intermittent wipers for that extra little bit of complication.

Would it be possible to get a late model Nissan Micra, fit the 1.8 litre motor from a Tiida & then turbocharged it? Your answer must include parts numbers for the conversion. You have 12 months. Commence.
