You are right, the 1200 ute model was sold here untill the mid 80's & I was thinking of the 1200 passenger car models, which were still being sold in South Africa in '74 & possibly even '75,...... or possibly a 120Y or Sunny which are sold under different names in other parts of the world. The B310 [Sunny] was still called the 120Y in places like Barbedos, & the 120Y coupe in Australia has '1200 coupe' stamped into an ID plate on the firewall.
