I use the rare and hard to find "stock" manifold.
I got it from my car.
It cost 900 bucks assuming the rest of the car was free....

Hope this helps

Exactly, just get an adaptor plate to suit.
ebay or your local performance shop is a good place to start looking.

Get the linkage kit as well if you want to make things simple, the stock Hitachi carb linkagte will also fit on the weber but I prefer the weber one.

Of course I am assuming you are planning on putting the Weber on an a series engine, found in a 1200/b210/120y/1000/210/b310/f10 etc...

Oh, get the linkage bracket as well, it bolts on and lets you easily use the stock throttle cable with minor mods. I shortened mine by about 4 inches if I recall.

Anyways, you get the point. Not hard to find.

The best linkage bracket has 2 holes that mount to the base studs on the manifold on top of the carb with a slot on the side for the stock cable to simply slot into. Easy to remove, because you will be removing it, often, too often if your lucky. More than that if your not.
