Cheers mate, its really not that bad now that all the burnt stuff is out the car, inside tops of doors are the worst but should polish up. I just dont know what to do with the headlining, strip it all out and cage it properly? or try and get another stock one and keep it somewhat roadgoing with a half cage?

You can stay with the headlining - we did benny's cage with hoodlining in. Check with your authorities but half cage and rego will get more use (and pleasure on a daily basis) than race only....
Don't take no for an answer - there is more than one way to skin a roll cage
Cheers

Scott, those wheels are 17" performance wheels, they are 110pcd (old corolla stud pattern) they are for my mates ke10, they are a bit too new looking for me personally.

only just read thru all the drama .... man that sucks big time !!! just when it was all starting to come together so nicely

did he get the exhaust finished before he put the car out ?? looks slike it was alight for a while ??!!

you've got to get it all back together and get it rego'd, you'll regret it later if you don't and you can only drive it on the race track

good luck, if you get stuck for any bits send me a pm and i'll see if i can help

Yep major headache! He was welding a new bracket for the muffler so we had to put it back on the hoist that afternoon after we cleaned all the burnt interior out.

My partners pushing me to keep it off the road, but i would love it to be registered, if i dont do it now i'll never do it.
