Yeah. Its a big job and a steep learning curve.

I've got an idea for a better system though. If it proves successful and poeple are interested in it in a few months times, I might get some quotes on having them made professionally (I'm way too short on time) and I'll give members here the option of buying it at that rate.

Dattoman!! You got the p/n's YIPEE!!
Are they datto p/n's or p/n's for similar bushes, etc. I've started researching last night. I've got standard shockie bushes, tie-rod to chassis bushes and I'm pretty sure the lower control arm bushes from other models datto's. You sound like your a bit more advnaced than myslef though.

So when will you know?? Have you ordered some?? Also, what are you doing for shock absorbers?? I'm looking for a stiffer shock which is hopefully adjsutable.

OK now things are getting interesting

I now have 2 possible part #'s for outer tierod ends
TE437L+R which have a 14mm thread and TE187L+R which have a 12mm thread

So need to check your ends before you buy.
Inners they don't have which is a shame cause there the ones I actually need.
But Powermax are checking for me.

Both are available in 555 brand.(cept the 187L at the moment)
Slightly more exxy than the Powermax though.
Lower BJ also avail in same brand BJ91.
They have no Uppers BJ89 at the moment

Bush info to follow

are these numbers helpful for tie rods?

Left side: TE519R,TE518L
right side: TE519L,TE518R

there 120y items that also fit a few other models, including Nissan Gazelles!

Littledarkone, nope. 1000's are heaps different to 120Y's.

Thats great dattoman. But, Supercheap did check on their computer system and told me the BJ89 and BJ91 (upper and lower) balljoints are available in powermax brand and are $220bucks for the four. Same goes for tierod ends at $30 each for either inners or outers. The idler arm and pitman arms are a 'n/a' from powermax/supercheap though.

I'm unsure about the different p/n's for the tierod ends. I'll check the difference between 1000 and 1200 tierod ends on thursday night when I'm at michael's place.

What prices have you got so far??

I have a new question.

Does Ferodo make brake shoes for 120ys? and are they the same compound as the g-zeros?

I'm pretty sure they do make the shoes, but i don't think that they are the same composition grade as the G zero's
