Are the Yokohama A539's the best 13/14 inch, road legal tyre available???
I've got a set on my car and reckon there the bees knees.

I think dattoman_1000 uses them on his wild 1000 coupe race car, I seen videos of it and it hugs the corners very well, I think they would be a great upgrade but a bit expensive for a daily driver though?

the 13's cost $130 each...the 14's about the same...

on my dailer driver..a FWD drive car....these tyres so far...have given me zero unwanted slip!!!
No amount of body roll plus full throttle makes em budge...they don't even squeel!!!
Yeh...so no damn understeer...I'm just wonderin if theres something even better????

AS for cost....these things are unreal underbrakes/cornering...and if that avoids me one crash...then the extra cost is worth it...

the way I look at it...whats an extra $250-$300 over 5-10,000 kms?????.

Thanks for the tip - I've been looking for some 13's.

What profile do you run and what's available?

I have some 185 60 13's on my 1000 and they're a great size and profile - suit the car perfectly!
