yeah dont worry bout that, i got all my complaint forms and such from consumer affairs today, they will promptly be filled out and sent back with quotes from other windscreen places.
i called the head honcho today too and he didnt seem real interested, all he would do was tell me how he got charged too much on a inground pool install and how he gets overpriced on services for his 100series cruiser.
seems like im chasing my own tail here.

If consumer affairs doesn't work just go round and bumdive the roof of his car. then throw bricks thru all his windows and spray paint drug dealer across his shop front...

Pepper: i hate it when you ring the head boss an they give you crap about their bad experinces have been an basically tell you they dont care about yours.
I had the same thing with some koni shocks they expect you to get someone to take your shocks out send them 700km to get repaired under warranty. You have to pay instalation costs plus be with out a car for a week
