oh sh!t i dont know i only thought about selling this today didnt give it too much thought .

yes it is . i had a stainless elbow but absorbed too much heat and increased the intake air temp a few degrees so thanks to the insulating properties of plastics , you may notice some new cars have plastic intake manifolds for this reason
so scoff if u wish
