I dig that rubber skirt air dam you made. Might have to try that myself...

Nice.
It will be a great car. Fun and inexpensive. I also like those 310's, Is it a good deal money wise??? , the car looks clean.
Those I believe come fitted with the A15 and 5 speed manual. Cool!

Not too many of us in the States like the 310, though... And yes, it's a smoking good deal... The car is super clean, fresh paint, retrimmed interior, etc. Needs some minor carb work, but I'll fit a Weber 32/36 anyway... And yes, it's an A15/5spd...

I think it is an underappreciated car.At a time when Toyota and Mazda had cars with OHC ( I had a Mazda 808 model 76, it was a OHC and it was a great car)... Nissan kept the push rod engine, so that did not make it a choice for performance enthusiasts. Performance brings in the aftermarket products and the followers. The A engine is great, but commercially speaking, in competition with other brands, the 310 ( or 210 as I know it) did not rise to levels other cars did ( in 1980...82 ). Still these cars sold like hotcakes, and there are a lot of them on the road now. Thier reputation is one of great transportation, not one of great street car.
I always looked as these cars as having great potential. I always saw the great space in the rear axle, I mean there is plenty of space for nice rubber. The rear wheel well is a nice one. In stock configuration you can see the wheel rests well inside the cavity.
My favorite one would be a lowered 310, with 14X8 wheels ( black wheels... ) 215/50/14 tires .. overfender flares....black interior...sway bars............... better stop here...my imagination starts flowing.....

I thought about bolt-on flares for this one, but it's just too nice...

Probably try and fit some 15x7 Rewinds (like the photoshop pic), or fit some Japanese wheels staggered a bit (15x7/15x8)... Give it a decent drop too...

And I'm trying to find someone in Australia who can get me some Jap-spec bumpers for it.

Looking for these style bumpers...

That's the overall look I'm aiming for too, minus the chrome window rain guards...

Those bumpers look very cool. The rear improves 500% with those bumpers.

I favour the 14's, because in my view, that allows for more rubber. A 14X8 wheel with a 215/50 14 tire will have more rubber than the 15 with a 195. That is my particular taste though, we are talking about preferences.

You will have to flare the fenders to give it a mean look. Go for it, make it have that mean stare.....low and heavy

those small chrome bumpers were early style b310, and were not used on many export models

most b310's around the world got smaller, boxy chrome/rubber bumpers

these look similar to the usa nixon crash bumpers, only a lot smaller

i've seen a few mexico b310's that had these type, and while not as nice as the small chromies, are an improvement

and there's always the no bumpers route:
