hey there,
the easies way is to weld a bracket on the rocker cover and buy a universal accelerator cable with an adjustment screw so you can mount thru the hole in your bracket and adjust it from their.

I've got a rocker cover with a bracket already welded on, but it would require you to move the half-wheel back to between the breather and where the spring is hooked. Yours for the price of postage if you want it. Its matt black

My two bobs worth ...
make the bracket you desire, be it mild steel, aluminium or whatever grabs your fancy but design it to bolt to your inlet / exhaust studs. no welding to rocker cover and easily removed if need be!
Enjoy the challenge ........ everyone admires a well made bracket
Cheers

i have done the weld it to the rocker cover thing B4 but it is neater if it is a bolt on bracket. and also the best accelerator cable i have used is a brake cable off a mountain bike because ti has a teflon liner and it never gets sticky even dry - no lubricating the cable!!
cheers

i think the easiest way is to mount a bracket under the rocker cover screw closest to the throttle arm pretty easy job just takes some fiddling.
