Silvia 4 stud is the same stud pattern as your 120y set up. I am currently running BLUEBIRD TRX rims. matbighat said his 14inch rims fit over the same set up but I am unsure of 13's. I dont have any 13's lying around to try. I would trace my bracket for ya but I am way too lazy to pull it all appart, anyway KEV'S bracket is engineer approved and has a registered number. Its made out of 10mm plate steel if that helps.

S13 or S14 I dont really know the differences between them. As long as it is 4 stud you should be right. Also the rotors may change in daimeter between the 2 modles which will affect things. I think mine are 260mm.

As for the master cylinder some say to remover the little check valve that sits in the rear brake line outlet of the master cylinder. I checked mine and it already was done so I cant comment on its effectiveness. I am not running a Booster cause I dont need/want one. Brakes work great without it.

Cheers for the input,
Kev's upgrade sounds like the way to go as i don't want to change struts.
I want to keep my 14" 260z rims on my car, can any1 tell me if they will still fit?

Hey BUNY351 can you measure the bolt spacing for the bracket that Kev made.

Will the rear alloy drums off a 260z bolt
straight up to my rear axle?
thanks guys

I have a pair of 14inch steel rims that a bolted on for a while. They fitted over the silvia brakes. You will be able to get the bolt spaceing off the silvia calipers and the existing caliper mounting point. But if you dont already have the silvia calipers I will let you know tomorrow. As for the rear stuff I am not sure.

Yes KEV will ship at your expence and as long as they are the same diameter as stock slotted will be fine. I will pull a wheel off tomorrow and double check the disc diameter.

well good for gino. keep us informed when you get it all together and know if your 14's clear. you may need a spacer or something

i know for a fact 13" will fit the zx calipers/rotors. you really need a brake booster i've found. otherwise, you're leg will get tired real fast

another combo i'm working on is the hilux 4 pot. i'm hoping it will be improvement over the zx

the cast-iron boat anchors those hilux calipers, but oh well

this setup will also work with 13"

I measured up the brake rotor. Mine are 245mm. Yor will need to machine/grind the outside of the hub down to about 140mm so the disc rotor will fit over it. Hope it helps. If you need anymore pics or info let me know and I will try and help.

matbighat, hilux/landcruiser calipers only clear some 13" wheels, i know that when i tried either a corolla or 180b wheel (cant remember which) it hit on the caliper

they clear when you space the caliper away from the strut though, well more do
