Kev's CA18DET brake upgrade will fit over 14" wheels and will also go over some 13s provided the offset is right.

Out of interest, I had a look at my 120Y struts last night, and by the looks of things changing the hub to 5 stud will be a pain. the cut outs that are made in between each wheel stud line up with where you need to put the new studs.
So by the looks of it, I'll need to make new hubs or I was thinking of making a new spacer that will bolt to the existing hub, grind back the excess length of the old studs & have the new studs fitted to that. However, that would cause the disk to be offset in relation to the caliper. Probably requiring a different disk to be obtained.
Hmmmmmmm..............

the more I read in this thread the more i know the 280zx conversion was the way to go, the only thing we had to modify was the length of the strut, everything else is off the shelf parts, that will make maintaining saner than having to source all sorts of random bits, if you use the car a lot, you'll appreciate the cost savings on the performance and race pads for the wilwood calipers.

yeah it cost a bit more upfront, but hasn't cost a penny in a year.

B210sleeper, why did you shorten the 280zx strut? They are damn short as they are.
