Something BAD happened today.I was driving to work in the wonderful rain, and a f#$%wit in a 4wd decided to turn across in front of me to bag a car park on my side of the road.
The idiot was about 4 or 5 car lengths from me when he turned in and then when he saw me, he stopped where he was in my lane. Between the short distance and the rain soaked road my poor little ute had no chance of missing him.
The insurance company wrote it off.

Here is some pics of my poor little ute

Beware of idiots in 4wds

It wasnt my fault. This guy was going the other direction and turned in front of me.
I hit him in the front passenger corner.
I pushed his bullbar back onto his front wheel.
Datto1200 vs BigMutha 4WD wasnt a real good match up 8)
I am looking around to see what I can get. I would like to get another ute, but they are a bit hard to come by around here.

The radiator got pushed back to the engine. Not sure how much engine damage there was.
Both front panels got pushed back past the doors.

The panel beaters dont seem real keen on sourcing old parts and panels. They prefer todays plastic and aluminium foil cars instead of trying to fix the good old metal cars.

i pretend i'm invisible when i drive. I just assume no one can see me.
When my 1200 was totalled 2yrs ago i told the insurance i wanted to buy it back. I believe you have first dibs before they sell it to the auto salvage companies.
I got it back for free since it wasn't worth it for the insurance company to pay to have it sit at the tow company one more day.
Instant parts car.
