Well, yes and no. You could pull the entire engine and drive train out and put it in your 1200, but that is a very expensive and time consuming exercise. It would give you heaps more power and heaps larger fuel bill.
Maybe you could use the struts and brakes, I think the 200b would be a good upgrade but better confirm with the wise old chaps here first.
Maybe the front seats, depending on their condition, and if you want to go that way.
Mirrors may be good.
Good luck

Only the early, fully imported wagons had the H165. The sedans & two door hardtops [SSS] had IRS. Shortly after the model's introduction, they switched to local assembly & the Warner rear axle assembly was used.

you can use the engine and trans in a 1200, and you will probably want to also use the tras tunnel and clutch pedal/master cylinder assembly as well

you can use the front struts and brakes, just like doing a stanza conversion (use stanza or sunny lower arms and stuff) you just end up with better brakes and more suspention travel

the L20b will give you a rather large boost in torque and a fair boost in power, they dont really use much fuel (i get 8 litres per 100km when im thrashing mine all the time)

Whats an early model?

Its a 1980 model. Its great condition on the inside. Body is straight but lots of rust bubbling through.

$500 or near offer

1977 from memory would qualify as an early one.

But you have to remove the lower spring seat as its too large for the 1200 strut tower, you can use the 1200 lower spring seat or a stanza 120y or sunny seat.
