Datsun 1000 wagon fuel tank changes; size and position?

I was thinking of getting a larger fuel tank out of another car, not sure what fits, and putting it central under the car where the spare tyre would be? Wanted to find something larger as stock tank only holds 38 Litres and is situated in the side of the wagon at the back? Please help!

you could try a 1000 coupe one..

not sure how different the rails and stuff are..

do you know if it would be much bigger then the original wagon tank? do you know if a tank out of a 120Y would go in okay?

My old 1000 ute had a custom made drop tank where the spare wheel would be. 80L was a nit of overkill and was porly made so fuel would spill out the filler when it got hot!!! But that car is in Datto heaven. I was thinking of doing a simmiler idea for my wags, but ill stick with the stocko
