Also if you remove the brace from the top of the exhaust flange it will not have that sexy laser cut look.

Oh I forgot to mention - it looks like post to the US will be aorund $25AUD Airmail for what looks like up to 20kg
I'll confirm with the Post Office on that... To recap, best prices so far: Exhausts: 5 off - 10mm Mild Steel - $15.50ea 10 off - 10mm Mild Steel - $13.78ea 20 off - 10mm Mild Steel - $12.93ea Allloy Inlets: Inlet - 5 off - 10mm 5083 Aluminium - $38.61 ea Inlet - 10 off - 10mm 5083 Al - $35.31ea Inet - 20 off - 10mm 5083 Al - $33.66ea I haven't priced Steel Inlets but they will be cheaper than the exhausts as they use considerably less material. I will update the exhaust file with the brace and post it up here and we'll have a vote to see if everyone is happy with it (I hate dealing with irate customers )

Bump! I haven't forgotten or gone into hiding - things are crazy in the TnP household at the moment and I won't be able to organise this for another couple of weeks (I'm moving house and preparing to demolish the old one).
Anyway, before we get excited and start whipping the cash out, we need to agree on a design. I've investigated the brace as shown in Rally1200's pic and I'm not sure how it will clear the block and the inlet manifold. Rally 1200, can you send a pic of the flange (or are they on the car now?). BTW, the braces I've included in the drawings are intended to be cut off when fabrications finished. I will have a play when I get a chance and bump the topic again.

No hurry here.
I'd like to see how Rally 1200's flange fits. I also took some pics of my own. Here is a GX head with a Nissan comp header. (well, the guy said it was a nissan comp header) ![]() Here is an A12 head and block. It's about 12mm clearance. The comp header needed some grinding to clear this bump. This stud is under the #4 Intake port. The brace on the comp header is about 12mm wide and about 9-10mm in this area near the block. ![]() I hope this helps.

That's great! Thanks for that..
\ Your pic reminded me - The ports on my design are currently 1mm larger than the ports on the head. Should I make them the same size as a stock port? Yours have been enlarged to accomodate the size of the tube used in the primaries which is a good idea. What's the general opinion on that?

Having them laser cut larger would save alot of die grinder work
Not too big I think the JTS ports are too big for street cars personally You can view topic.
