i hit the GOR today with my ute

just went to lorne for the day and it was good but all it takes is 1 car in your way to spoil the fun.

i say we need to get out there pretty early

the road up to erskin falls isnt bad either although it is short lived.

95% so thats all the corners bar the 2 hairpins....that would be an effort

the cops usually dissapear after lorne, then you see the odd one on the way back from forrest as they try to catch you doubling the speed limit on the open roads

the road to the falls is interesting in the wet, trying to get back up the hill
and theres a pot hole that almost ate boofheads car last time we went down there

the road back up the hill from the falls actually ate my friends GSXR750 once back when i had my R6 and we used to ride heaps.

brand new bike hit the exit corner at speed and the gravel spoilt the party.

wrote off the bike all $17k of it.

anyway, 4 wheels much safer im looking foreward to it!

dont need too many police after lorne .... you've got a road only slightly wider than 2 falcodors, the white line up the centre and oncoming traffic to keep things under control
