so your plan is to go further along the coast than apollo bay?
i was thinking just head inland from there

that would be a huge cruise if we kept going further than apollo bay......huge i tells ya

ok, i know we want a free run along the raod, but if we leave it too late, too much traffic as well as tourists and wont be able to go as far down as we will run out of day.

If we leave westgate shell at 9am for the lags at the latest we could be on the road while others enjoy their lunches. past appolo bay or inland will be the go to loose the day trippers (not as devoted as the rest of us).
Past appolo bay is only if weather is good and people are up for it.

geez that would be a huge surprise there adrian, ill be able to show off one or 2 things....the nice scrub marks on my rear tires being one of them

so it wont really be that early a morning, not dedicated enough to start at 6 and not see any traffic

im dedicated, just seems that others wouldnt be able to make it then, ts a fair hike to the city for some even. hopefully some possible inland might make upfor it.

I think its easier if i give this one a miss. bank balance is struggling still from the nats plus i have to rush straight from an overnight shift to a big drive day. at least now you can make it whatever time you like. dam, i'd love to take my 1600 on the GOR next time fellas, enjoy!

MELBOURNE MEET UP TIME AND LOCATION
SHELL SERVICE STATION, WESTGATE FWY, OUTBOUND:
at 7:45am for 8am DEPARTURE !!

Arive Boofs secret location for Breakfast BBQ - Gold coin should get you a couple snags, mushrooms, onions and sauce, and a couple slices of bread to put them in and maybe a jucie as well

Leave the Boof cave and venture to either Apollo Bay or Lavers Hill depending on weather and time.

if we leave my place by 9:30am it'll be lorne by 10:15am, quick stop and leave for apollo bay get there around 12:30pm.
If the weathers good hang around the bay for 1-2hours for lunch stretch and talk ... or hang for half an hour then head to lavers hill.
once at the top of lavers, stop at the shop, quick chat then back to the bay.
form the bay back to skenes crk then inland towards forest and thru to either Colac for all the melbourne guys to head home from there ... or more twisty stuff thru to deans marsh then back out to lorne or in to winchlesea then back to melbourne

Its can be leisurly or what ever you choose.
