Both scuttle & cowl would be perfectly acceptable to all but the most contrary.

What about your UTE ramblings Its not a ute its a pickup, a ute is australian fixed body blah blah blah. But NSW RTA refers to my Toyota Hilux as a UTE and writes this on the registration papers. But to you the hilux can only be refered to as a Pickup (another american term ) But nissan felt quite ok to refer to the b120 as a pickup? But to you a ute can be a pickup but a pickup cant be a ute.
