OK guys.
Need some advice. I can get mine made for free. Altough to make it complete I will still need the template of the flange for the webers to bolt to. I just have some questions with regard to the intake manifold: 1. I measured my spare SU intake manifold's thickness of the part that bolts to the cylinder head. It is 15mm thick. The aluminium I can get is only 8mm thick. Will it still be up to the job? 2. I do not know what grade the aluminium is that they are going to use. MUST it be 5083 or can 6061 also be used for this job. Will contact the guy tomorrow to find out what aluminium he will use. Thanks.

8mm should be fine performance wise. The reason we went with 10 is because the exhaust was too and this makes the 2 surfaces even when bolted up.
I have dimensions for a DCOE. I will do this tonight when I get home. I will also Update all the files as DXFs. Stay tuned!

What about doin the oval intake ports for a GX head? The GX heads have bigger ports than the A14/A15 ovals do.

I PM'ed TnPshow about the same question because my GX cylinder head is still standard non-ported. He replied that the oval templates are drawn for a stock GX cylinder head. PM him just to make sure.
