height wont matter for a 120y, and you just use engine mounts for the engine that was originally fitted to the crossmember

the sump configuration is different between L18 and L20. You'd need the L18 sump and pickup, and some modifications for the dipstick to fit an L20 where an L18 was. certainly not a major problem, just don't expect it to go straight in the same as an L18. 1600 people often used to reverse the x-member (involves reorienting the LCA mounting pins) to fit L20's.

240K was only used for the C110 model Skyline in Aus. The C210 was just known as a Skyline here. So its safe to assume he meant C110 when he mentioned 240K. whether that x-member works in a 120Y and L18 is a different story. I might measure it up when I get a chance - I was going to try Stanza x-members to get the forward sump setup to suit the late L16 and L20 engines because they're less prone to oil surge on the track. Plus I'm not a huge fan of the pin mounting for the LCA that the 180B had.

because it's a farm hack - 100 Km/h in a paddock is fast enough

well its got the original a12 so what steps do i take to fit the l20b? do i need to change the steering at all? It has sunny struts just gone in and it does sit a bit high will the l20b bring it back down? (hope so) and if anyone has a running l20b with gear box that would be good to evan an l16 l18 would be good. Because im not sure of the condition of the l20b i have i know it needs boring out but other than that i duunno and im not real keen on paying to rebuild it.

But still if there is an a12 a14 a15 in good running order send it my way.
