How will this be catered for in a 'mass' produced manifold?

i went down and ask the guy about the piping and it will be made from mandrel bend mild steel steam piping and it should cost 250 including postage anywhere in aus maybe even cheaper, cost of shipping to the states i have no idea on the cost, ill try and find that out aswell.

as for the head casting difference i suppose there would be a little leaway with the sizing otherwise there is no way around it, the guy has done heaps before and reckons he first uses a new manifold gasket to get the measurements and then cross references it to the actual block.
