just a querie on the pipe that the welder will be using ... my understanding is that steam pipe is a schedule 40 grade pipe which has a higher bursting capacity than mild steel. you can get all the bends and the likes in both mild and sched40, they even look the same as the cross sectional wall thickness is the same ....

how much pressure is the exhaust manifold likely to be under ??

also on a side note about the manifolds, will the fabricator be cleaning up the welds on the outside to give a nice smooth finish and the inside to give a nice smooth travel for the gas ??

and yes i'm interested at this point

the price will be 250 delivered in australia with flanges welded on,

boof the welding guy will be using a tig welder hes not some dodgy guy from a backyard setup he is a proffesional welder if they exist ive seen much of his work and its nice.i showed the pictures of th exhaust that we all like and he said it will be the same but designed to sit a bit closer to the a series, when i requested the pipiing he asked weather i wanted stainless or or mild steel, i said mild steel, he said they can buy mandrel bend steem pipiing made from mild steel which he said was about 4mm thick. and as for the pressure well i would say it would handle as much as you could give it for an a series i think thats all the questions answered if not give me a calll on 0402859342 it might be easier to explain.as i said before i will be posting pics of the manifold prior to taking money of people so they know what sort of quality there getting, cos i dont want people getting the item and its not what they wanted.

1.frankthedolphintrainer x2
2.dattoman_1000 x 2
3.dog160 x 1
4.sidedraught x 1
5.pager x 1
6. ianey x 1
7. minitruckin x 1
8. b210 sleeper x 1

b210 sleeper ill get a deposit closer to the date just watch this space for any new info

o and when we were trial fitting today i found it good that you can fit the turbo and pipiing without it getting in that way of the radiator water pipe.(i thought it might have to be cut) so thats another plus.

Have you tried it with a twin weber manifold to ensure clearance ?
I know you tried a stock one
But what about a flash one ?
