Toyota levin ( Ae101 ) seats were superb on my 120Y...Not sure abt on a 1000...shud be the same i guess

I used these Pulsar(I think) seats.

The mounts aren't all at the same height so you have to allow for this when making the brackets.

Just in front of the handbrake has been relieved. (Trimmed and boxed) This gives more foward movement.


How I did it - near the bottom

Nah i did the swap over. Cost me $50 for all the coupe dash bits off a mate. Still gotta hunt down little things for it and a 1/2 decent crash pad. Hopefull get all that sorted this weekend when i see Dundee1000.

Im going to bash the S13 seats a bit, having owned two S13s myself. The back half of the seat is held up with some cheap Japaneses steel, and tends to brake, just be ready to bust out the welder one day and use some plate steel to reinforce the seat when it gets broken.

those are in a 510, they are 70's BMW 2002 Recaro's. I dont know anything about mounting them, but they do look sexy.
