i would say i have to hold 20% throttle to keep it from stalling
the air flow metre it pluged in and a good clean fit ....Check the wiring to the cold start/high idle circuit, its just near the plenum. i dont know wat that is but ill look at the plenum and see if anything looks off
and ill unplug one injecton lead at a time and have a update tomorro thanks for the help :)

I'd concurr if it is generally running like a bag of ####, but will idle if you give it heaps of revs it could very likely be a Air Flow Meter problem, AFM.

If the wire inside that thing gets dirty it can make a huge difference to the running of the car!

The wrx is probably got a much better EFI program than those old Nissans, they really seem to crap out when the AFM goes bad....I had a Skyline which had the same AFM problem.

ok guy s i unpluged one coil pack at a time and it ran the same ?????
i cheaked the afm and it all clean ..
i ran the motor wit and witout the tjs and it ran the same ??
i listened to the injectors wit a scew driver and they are clicking away like they should ..
and hears the bit that has me stuffed the plugs that go to the inlet manifoild might be on the wronge plugs ? but when i unplug em one at a time theres no change to how it runs ?
and the only thing that made it run better was blocking off a steal pipe at the back of inlet manifoild and takes a right angel ??
any help is good help thanks

I'd say block of that vacuum line, then let it run for a little while and see if the idle comes good. If there is still an issue, might be something else to chase.
