Sooty - There is an issue with your set up. You might have a leaking or cracked wastegate, a partial blockage of the intake piping or something similar.

A standard T25 equipped CA is very hard to keep off boost.

Maybe you should buy a T25G which is only slightly bigger but will still allow you to run bigger boost and make some impressive power. But I would check everything before fitting it to find the source of the restriction.

my t28 on my ca, 2500 rpm makes 5psi, 3000 10psi, 3500 13-14psi. the t25g was at least 500rpm earier.

i must have a problem somewhere. cos that doesnt sound right. its a very run-of-the-mill set up i'll see what i can find.
the utes bin off the road for over a week now and i havent had a minute to pull it all apart. its hard goin back to a "normal" car as a daily, damn it sux not having power.
