Boofhead - your back seat will be free now - Nick had his seats in his possession already.

Looking forward to the meet!

Hey guys,
How good do our cars have to be/what are the track requirements? My 1200 is no where near finished but I have a 200B that could do with a fanging. Has a $10 reconditioned gearbox, $5 worth of spray paint and 2 1/2 seats and 1/2 a boot.

Can put a suck through T25 on it though, see if it goes bang? Or is this a fancy meet and I should just keep this for bush bashing?

Hahaha,
You can still buy it no worries, I just better make sure it's safe first. I have 2 different L series turbo setups anyway, a nice one and a dodgy one so maybe I'll just use the dodgy one.

If Heathcote is anything like Calder scruitineering is pretty easy....helmet's the only tricky thing for me.

Might borrow a mates motorbike helmet...still haven't bought a proper racing helmet.

the general things ive noticed them check during scruitineering, is that you have a radiator overflow bottle, your battery is secure, your wheels are secured properly and that you have a good seat belt.

other than that i think you just need long sleeves and long pants, closed shoes and a helmet.

not long now guys! im getting excited!

Sadly me draggin my ute isn't gonna happen, slipping clutch and even if i get the megasquirt in there is gonna be some serious amounts of tunning time required before i would give dragging it a go

Might bring the orange coupe for a drive to come watch, maybe enter it for a laugh, could be suprised at what time it does
