im so sick of 1600 drivers

they think they are so cool, they live in their own world.

dont get me wrong its a nice car, but id never get one.

they are so oblivious to every other datto, they dont like to talk they dont even acknowledge you in traffic and they drive slow in the right hand lane

and worst of all the arrogant pricks when talking in other forums which are general forums for all dattos. they dont mention what car they have, probably not intentionally but the way they think its like they dont consider for a second that there is any other car. and the ones that sometimes, be it extremely rare, actually mention the car they own the say "510" trying to be posh even though they are aussie and everyone here calls em a 16

Im with you on that one. Im in Adelaide and there bloody everywhere but i actually think there ugly as all hell, give me the 1200 anyday and beside when you see a hotted up 1200 you know theres been alot of work and love but into it unlike the 1600 which they just by conversion kits for it and bolt in what ever engine the want. Ok ive finished my whinge now too.

i dont mind the car and respect one thats been done up, its just the stereotypical drivers that you come across that piss me off

Well, guess I never met any of these stereotypical 1600 drivers. Most of the ones I know are just people whos fave car happens to be the legendary Datsun 1600.

Me personally, before I got my 1200 I used to point at every 1200 I saw and say "yeah, I want one", while driving my 1600.

And as for buying kits and just bolting in whatever you want... I wish. Mines all custom made.

Anyway, thats just my view. Obviously there are some wankers out there in 1600's.

By the way, ever noticed how other 1200 drivers wave to you when your driving your 1200, even though they don't know you?

Lets focus on the real issue here....Audi A3, BMW 316i and Golf drivers, and anything else that's European, underpowered and overpriced and bought only to complement one's wardrobe!

Geez fellas this is a bit harsh, is it a form of little man syndrome? I'm into datsuns full stop. 1600, 1200 whatever. I drive a 1600 but have extensive experience in playing with all dattos. You people should just show some love
