It's coming together! This is such a cool idea, I've only seen 5-litres in Datsun before.

The 351C has long been rare and much desired here in USA. The 351M tall-block is common but so big and heavy and the has the 429-style transmission pattern. The 351W is common but has the inline valve heads and is taller, wider and heavier than the 302 "windsor".

351C is the go...

I managed to squeeze a c10 under the Datsun but I think I need to buy a bigger sledgehammer :(. The transmission crossmember will also need some modification but that was to be expected.
