Thanks kue1000. I could find one E-series autobox on sale right away (N13, B12 'over there'?). Though its gonna be too expensive to buy for this conversion. Maybe I can find a broken one.

Does anybody know the type of that gearbox (like T50) that I could search for photos of it?

My current idea is to make the clutch housing out of standard gearbox and connect it to toyo gearbox by using flanges.

Here is an exploded view for people who have not seen how T50 looks like:
