Just paint it flat black. look at raditors why do you think they paint them matt black so it get's rid of heat if i was to use a intercooler it would be matt black don't need one but

haven't we been here before?

I think they USED to paint radiators black because of the material they used back in the olden days (copper). they don't do it anymore!

trust me paint it black if you going to run a intercooler. my other half dose not run one never have so try doing with out it then if its such a problem post 1200 girl

new COPPER radiators are painted black, same reason as the old COPPER ones were
so they dont corrode and look all crappy

it was said before, look at performance cars and see how they DONT paint their alloy radiators and coolers

whats that 1200post, paint it then dont use it......damn thats great advice

I dont have a prob running with out a intercooler (sorry my other half car dose not have a problem running a 11.s all day long summer or winter without one post 1200 girl

All day long? If your other half's car ran for longer than 5 minutes every half hour it might be a different story.

Nah my craft group only meets on thursday nights. But we have never painted intercoolers.

well i have not painted one because ive never needed one even for circut racing in my 1600 and thats turbo as well it is a all day every day drive never had a problem turning the boost up and the car has been going for 18 years
