thanks im enjoyin working on it and when theres hardly any rust it makes it so ezy ... i was reading mr1600 build up thread on ozdat and the amount of welding hes done would drive me insane
anyway got a full day of working on the car to morro :)
hope some one gets the lil sister bak on the road agen :)
on a side note mals motoring are selling a sand blaster would it make my life ezyer or is the wire wheel the way to go ?

been buzy with fixing some rust in the chassie but with a old hydo fan helpin me breath ( dam gassless migs ) shes all good and in primer

bit of an update after seeing some coupes with out bumpers i have welded up the spots where the bumper was mounted and boged it up looks good ill post a pic when its in primer

as for the drive line it will be a a15 wit a 5 speed box im hopeing the diff will be able to hold up as i plan to leave the original diff in .

you should put a sedan apron on there if your going bumper free...

i got the 5 speed Toyota Dellow box of sidedraft and im thinkin about the front apron i have only welded up the rear atm

the a15 i got is ment to be pretty quick so i guess the 145 wont last too long hey chis did you just put a nother 145 in ?

yeh depends how you drive really. i just threw another clapped out H145 in it. Thinking of getting that diff from your old black Hilux shortened Jorden. But i donno. Dont think im even going turbo anymore.

im staying with the coupe front apron but i filled in two holes, looks better i think .


and heres a good pic of the gutter less look i like it makes it nice and smoth :)

the doors had some hard to get to rust so i had to pull em apart to sand blast & weld em im shore ill reget pullin them apart when it comes time to put back together but it had to be done
