Obviously didn't reach the price the seller wanted ...
1) Seller got his mate to shill bid to ensure he kept the box unless the right $$ were offered
2) $6000 bid put in by mate to ensure the price would never be met but push bids to max - highest bidder will get "second chance" offer with some lame story about the winning bidder pulling out etc
Just the way the game is played sometimes
