if you go to a brake & clutch shop you will get them made for you.
My advice is dont stuff around with second hand ones

Well all that is done is the making of a bell end one either end of the piping couple of threads/bolts on each piece and some bending.

Do you need the bits that go between the two cylinders (drum brakes) or the bits from master to slave cylinders, so short bits or long bits?

If it's the short bits then take the backing plate(which the cylinders are bolted to) to the shop and they'll figure the profile.

For the long bits, bend some wire to the right profile and take that in. Alternatively: The pipng is relatively malleable so you can get a length and bend it (slowly and gently) to the right profile then take it in to get the ends sorted.

Best option is to get them to do it. It shouldn't be too pricey.
