I must have more of an idea then you
if every1 replied like teamdat it would be a better place
Hmmm, you do seem to have a knack for getting up peoples noses don't you.
I started my apprenticeship as a mechanic in 1966, probably about the time your father was still in nappies & I still play with cars, so I've seen a few & still remember 1200's when they were new.
The street rod I built from half a 1917 car & rectangular hollow section steel & got registered in 1973, then ran at the Castlereagh drags apparently doesn't amount to much it would seem, because you assembled a ready made car, from ready made parts & are still trying to get it registered.
For me there was no manual, I started with half a bodyshell & half a chassis. I made my own suspension from hand sawn spring leaves & flat stock material. Then with the help of a friend, we made our own wiring harness from scratch.
Oh yeah, the Internet wasn't even a word that we'd heard yet. 34 years later that car is still on the road.
Obviously I know nothing.
You asked for help & you were given good advice. Get a manual & use your giant intellect, then all your problems will be solved.
I hope that your quality of reassembly is better than your spelling & grammar.
