#1 Need Help With Prices

Guys is $100 a bit too pricey for an A15 intake manifold and carby?

It sounds pretty steep to me. The seller didn't say if it was working or not though.

I would have thought that was a bit steep bit i have never had to look for one so wouldn't know. Isn't the a15 carbie the same as a12 except jet sizes?

For used goods? It seems steep to me. I would think 50 is more like it. Maybe $75 on the high end. Otherwise just use an A14 manifold and carb, they are usually identical (depending on year and vehicle model).

Are there any wrecking yards in your area that charge a flat fee like $25 for anything you can carry?

100 bucks sounds alright to me,you guys gotta remember this stuff is getting rare now and some things have to be payed for.Gone are the days when you could steal anything for a song.
You want the right stuff you pay for it or change vehicles.

most wreckers in melbourne havent seen datto parts for ages , cause we keep hording them. sounds fair but realistically, should be bout $50 to $75 with carby.

Just ask me how hard they are to find... id buy it if i didnt already find one.

Stuff like that is hard to put a price on. I have gotten 3 for free so far (1 vannette, 1 a14, 1 a15). 1 had a complete carby (probably working but who wants all that emmision bollocks?).

A12-A15 carbys have different jets, venturis and emmision gear. But i had a A12 pre anit dieseling solinoid with std jets and it ran great on my A15!
