RPM also make a good heavy duty clutch for around $180 retail available through Repco. I used one on the old turbo A14 and only had slight slip when shifting into 4th with about 6-8lb boost available. It was fine apart from that, so I think it should be up to the job for almost any non turbo A series.

O.K the Diaken HD clutch R137NHD I can do for $110.
Only thing is I'm in Perth. However I spoke to my supplier who is part of a national chain. He tells me that if I order it he can arrange for it to be picked up in any state where they have a warehouse. Thus no freight charges. You just pay me and I tell you where to go pick it up.
Sounds reasonably easy.
Seems silly to freight them here from Melbourne just to freight them back again.

Anyway if anyone needs one I'm sure arrangements can be made.

Its the R137 which is listed for all A series except the Vannette one.
The Van (A15) one R169N seems to be discontinued as far as I could find.

I buy them from my supplier and sell them at a reasonable price. I'm not here to rip anyone off.I actually work for a brake company not a clutch company buy I buy from the same suppliers at the same prices as the clutch specialists.

Anyone who's keen just drop me a line and let me know where you are and of course how to sort out payment and I'll get back to you with details on where to pick up.

dattoman_1000@yahoo.com.au or just send me a PM.

I'm chatting to people at the moment on MSN so it should be working.

Sounds like a good deal
Dman1000 have you looked at the lightweight batteries used in racecars that are orange steel cased and halve to a 3rd of the size of a small 275 CCA battery but produce about 450 to 500 CCAs??
It would be cool if you could get those too cheaper than the 260 bucks from autobahn. Odyssey brand.
