Did the 1200 come with a hazard light switch?

Late model utes had them on the top of the steering column cover.

But early 70s stuff...no.

A switch, a couple of power diodes and another flasher unit does the job.

Sorry, it is a 71' coupe. Are they required for a RWC then if they didn't come out standard?

but dang i wish they did come with em.
Hazard lights believe it or not actually come in handy when you've broken down in a main road and no way of showing if but by blocking traffic

a later ute switch will fit in the column surround and should not be to difficult to wire up, some of the wiring may already be there.
The design rules in Oz for the early cars did not require hazard lights
