im after a compliance plate for a datto ute.. will pay money if u want money.. so if anyone out there has a damaged 1200 plz help me out.. i will be just dent it up if it says seden..

the panel shop lost mine :(

kinda dnt wanna go through regency to just get a plate when they prob defect me lol

so help a friend in need.

my rego papers only has the chassis number on them.. no engine number :) so its all good hahaha :)

Mate, I dont think just getting a compliance plate off another car will help you. The compliance plate has the chassis number on it and must match the chassis number stamped into the firewall/plenum panel.

you need to get that plate back just placing another one in the same space wont work...you'll get nailed for number swapping / rebirthing

just ring whoever handles rego where you are and ask them what the go is. I did that here and they just said it'll require another short ID check at rego and it would say from then on that it has no ID plate.

means i gotta get it engineered.. but thats another 2grand and i dnt have that right now

compliance plate or ID plate? If your chasing the Nissan plate with the chassis and engine numbers etc on it. You shouldnt need it. Only the compliance plate... And that is VERY poor of the panel shop to loose it! If that means you cant get the car rego'd i would go back and reem their ass!

Im just want a plate so i can drive around to the engineer and if they pull me over i can just be like yeh the car is legel.. BAHAHA but it has a ca18det in it.. SO ITS GOTTA BE ENGINEERED but i rather just sent to regeny for a defect coz then ill just get the money for engineered,,

Hey Ben I Know that you call yourself "crazy" but if you kill someone in that unengineered (read illegal) car of yours, you gonna be someones bitch in jail.

You need more than a compliance plate.

any any insurance you have will be void (for hitting the other car too, and for hitting people)
