i have the chance to swap my suzuki motor bike for a datto 1000 4 door sedan with bugger all rust but the paint is prity bad and still runs and only damage it 2 dings in the passenger side door should i do it

na a 2001 rm80 motorcross bike the 1 i was trying to sell not that long ago

the guy gave me a fright he seen the add for my rm i had will swap for a datto then he yelled out to me and said do i want to swap it for a datsun 1000 i said i dunno im going to have a look at it sometime soon
the only prob is it has been used for a bush basher but he said it only has a couple of dings

well you can pick up another RM80 pretty cheap anyway. because everyones buying those toy bike thumpstar things. droping the arse out of the real bike market.

then again. i don't think i'ld trade my dirt bike for a car (unless it was something very special, then i could sell my other cars and but another dirt bike)

na im over motos now its funny i was saying to dad the other day that i really like datsun 1000s um i not shore when the swap is happening just got to have a look at it first i got to work all week end so maybe next week i still need to go pick up the l200 ill get onto that next week i have today off but its rain lol so i coundent be bothered going out in the rain lol

im going to have a look soon as thye rain stops witch that took about 6 weeks last time when i tryd to get my car out yer any way wot should i look out for like e.g like rust interia how hard are doors for a 1000 to get

doors dont usualy rust. The rust spots in a VB10 are

1-behind the rear wheel arch in the corner
2-front guard 'support rail'. Runs the height of the guard on the door side.
3-corners of everywhere(doors/hatch)
4-join of the A piller at the bottom. look under the dash. The factory sealant should have rust poking through it.
5-the right side is usualy worse for some reason?

Thats about it, well from what ive seen. Remember, 1000s dont rust!
