Just this month, a guy was giving one away, there were no takers.

Whether it can take a 76mm overbore, I don't know. Why not just use an A14 block?

I doubt if it can take an A15 crank, as the A15 block if different on the sides from A14 block.

A12 blocks can take A14 crank, so might as well start with that.
