Just some advice on the topic.
I heard that mineral oils need to be either drained on the intervals reccomended by the car manufacturer or if the interval has not been reached yet, example 5000km, then it must be drained due to age on a yearly basis.
Synthetic oils apparently are not coupled on age and you can drive it for example 4 years without age affecting it.Basically you only have to look at the km it has done.
What is your thoughts of this?
I want to change to Synthetic because the Datto sees only 4000km in a year if it is lucky. So, currently I drain the mineral oil due to it's yearly age mark.
Will work out much cheaper running Synthetic for longer.
