yeah wally Hinze dam would be a great place for lunch. I've never been there so it'd be an experience for me as well,

Charlotte, I had a very brief chat with one of the guys at the Capalaba Wreckers who is selling a 1200 coupe. I'm not looking for one so I didn't really enquire but he might be worth calling to see what it's like etc.

I'm keen for a cruise to the Hinze Dam, Mt Glorius etc. But it would be good if I could get 3 or 4 weeks notice to organise the time off work.

Thanks Matty - I went and had a look at the coupe yesterday. :)

Nice and original and lots of spares but a bit rusty - I'm still thinking about it. How hard is it to get replacement rear guards for 1200 coupes by the way? Just in case... ;)

Just an idea.How about a cruise that finishes at Willowbank on a test & tune nite and we can have some racing between 510s 1200s etc.

its either ca conversion or cruise i'll stay home put my motor in and come out 4 a cruise next organised one!

How many want to have a BBQ at Hinze Dam, Or do we spend more time on the road . Talking to others a meet at Coomera Mobil servo around 9am seems to be the go then drive up to Mt Tamborine then back to the dam for lunch or just talk Datto's
Someone second this plan and it will be set.

I'll second the plan, I'll pull my finger out and get my car finished hopefully I can have the CA in by then.
