go to view account <<< its on the side bar to ya left

then when u done that another page uploads, then up the top ull see UPLOAD picture

i made the pic i want 50x50pixels (it says max of 120x120 and i click submit thenthis comes up

That generally means the picture is not really a JPEG. If it is a .BMP and you rename it .JPG it doesn't fool the web server.

i figured it out!!!!
with photoshop make new page 120 x 120 pixels
paste wateva u want, fit it into the page, then save the flattened image as a .GIF and instead of .JPG. its just as good quality and the file is heaps smaller.
